Terms and Conditions for Children’s Dance Classes

By enrolling your child in our dance classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment & Registration

• A completed registration form must be submitted for each child prior to participation.

• Class placements are subject to availability and the discretion of the instructor.

2. Payments

• All class fees must be paid in full and on time, either monthly, termly, or as otherwise agreed upon during registration.

• Payment is due on or before the first class of each month or term. Late payments may incur a late fee of $[amount], unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Students with unpaid fees may not be permitted to attend classes until payment is received.

• Accepted payment methods include direct debt or bank transfer

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of class cancellation by the school.

• No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes, although make-up classes may be offered at the discretion of the instructor.

4. Attendance & Conduct

• Regular attendance is expected. Please notify us in advance if your child will be absent.

• Students are expected to arrive on time and dressed appropriately.

• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the class without refund.

5. Health & Safety

• Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs their child has.

• In case of an emergency, the school will seek appropriate medical attention and contact parents/guardians as soon as possible.

6. Photography & Media

• Photos or videos taken during classes may be used for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing if you do not wish for your child to appear in such materials.

7. Communication

• All important updates (e.g., schedule changes, performance dates, etc.) will be communicated via email, text message or our private Facebook page.

By signing the registration form or enrolling online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
